    Evelyn was amazing and super helpful. She helped me print out on quality card stock and even helped cut them all out. Amazing customer service. Really recommend this location.

    Rude and unhelpful staff. Not willing or capable of explaining the system issue with the customer. When I tried to ask for more information and help problem solve, the staff immediately gave me attitude, ignored me when I was in middle sentence, and made me feel very uncomfortable. If you want to be treated nicely and fairly please do yourself a favor and go to a different location in San Mateo.
