  This was one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The employee wasn’t even busy, yet he spoke in a sharp, commanding tone as if he was issuing orders rather than helping a paying customer. I came in to buy food, not to be talked to like I was being instructed or corrected. The entire interaction felt disrespectful and unnecessarily hostile. The sandwich itself was made carelessly. All the ingredients were dumped into the center instead of being evenly spread out. It looked messy, unbalanced, and poorly prepared. There was no attention to detail whatsoever. When I asked for napkins, he didn’t respond properly — he simply pointed to a single napkin left on a table?! It felt dismissive and rude. On a separate visit, the entire floor was covered in water. I stayed for over 30 minutes and not a single staff member attempted to clean it up. It was a clear safety hazard and showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic responsibility. This location seriously needs management oversight. Customers deserve respect, basic communication, and food prepared with minimal care. None of that was present here. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others before visiting this location.

  Went here for a quick lunch. Ordered the Fri. $6 meal deal. Sandwich maker tried to switch me to a foot long. Hate that when it happens. Android Pay wasn't working today. Two small tables outside. Weather was Gr8 and a little warmer than usual. Parking OK since McDonalds closed. Owners seemed nice. Some of them aren't. For now I will go here when in the area.
