  I ordered the Seasoned Steak & Avocado sandwich, and what I received was absolutely unacceptable. What I got looked nothing like what was advertised. Instead of steak, the meat looked and tasted like boiled ground meat, and there was not a single piece of avocado in the entire sandwich. This was a delivery order, but that should not mean customers can be served whatever is thrown together just because they are not standing at the counter to see it. If an item is sold as “Steak & Avocado,” I expect it to actually contain steak and avocado. On top of that, they didn’t even include a single napkin with the delivery — not even something to wipe my hands with. Just look at the photo of what I received compared with what was advertised. This is not a minor mistake. This is an unacceptable way to treat a paying customer. After receiving an order like this, I wouldn’t just never order delivery from this place again — I wouldn’t even go there in person.

  First of all the employee was very rude, I just had ordered at 4:10 , she asked what kind of cheese I wanted, I said pepper jack cheese, had to say it 3 different times and then she groaned while making the sandwhich, after that she slides the sandwhich at me , I ask for a bag then she throws it, never going back again. Your employees are horrible at customer service.

  I had an amazing experience at this subway! Two ladies (I don't know their name) they provided outstanding service from the moment I walked. They made my sandwich the exact way I wanted. They employees greeted every customer with a a smile during lunch rush. It's clear the team took pride in their work. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this subway. Great food and great service.
