  You guys good staff members like Antonio, or Lee…but MICHELE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! That woman is extremely lazy, a super easy printing task was too difficult , any questions that I have was impossible to respond for her. , she complicated everything…OMG! I end it up in colma location and when I mention what Michelle did they were confused and amazed by how Michelle treated me over the phone. and I’m so glad you guys have good employees like Antonio (who tried to accommodate a printing job for me) and Lee (who point me to the right location) but MICHELE! I’ll fired her in a NANO SECOND…useless…made me waste time! Rude and entitled…just fire her!

  If you see a lady with Michelle on her name tag, RUN! I am seriously tired of dealing with Michelle. Every single transaction I’ve had with her turns into a 30+ minute ordeal, even for something as straightforward as a return. Meanwhile, I watch customers who arrived after me get helped by other employees and finish within five minutes. She has repeatedly pulled other employees away from what they’re doing, sometimes while they’re helping another customer, to answer the most basic of questions. Like I didn't relize changing the tab on the web browser was so hard!? It’s frustrating to watch my transaction stall over the simplest of things. This isn’t one bad experience. It’s a recurring problem, and my patience has run out. Management needs to address it. At this point, I would rather wait for another employee than deal with Michelle again.

  Lazy Karen, looks to be in her 50’s - 60’s with glasses and reddish hair… needs to have better customer service. Rest of employees are helpful and friendly.

  print&go で4枚のアウトプットが一枚も出なかった。店員に助けを求めたらマシンの中に２枚滞っていた。しかし他の２枚は消失した。店員の助けで金額被害はなかった。店員の対応がとても親切だったので★４個にしました。
