    The owner acts like he doesn’t wanna be there… The other employees arent actually helping customers rather they are placing labels on packages in the back yet there will be a line of at least 15 cuatomers.. I won’t be shipping things from there anymore.

    Younger blonde guy is consistently hostile. I am tired of having a negative interaction with this young man every time I need to process an Amazon return. He has been mentioned multiple times for months in these reviews and every single interaction I have had with him is negative. He talked down to me about how I "ruined" the packaging for my Amazon return and said I would likely be charged for it by the Amazon seller. How is this any of his concern? I wanted to process an Amazon return not speak to my personal accountant. He needs to go. Flat out.

    Posted hours are wrong. Who knows when they close. Arrived 30 mins before posted hours and they were already closed.

    I've had a P.O. Box here for 7 months and I've also returned things to Amazon etc. Every time I come here I've always been treated well.
