  I've had a P.O. Box here for 7 months and I've also returned things to Amazon etc. Every time I come here I've always been treated well.

  The blonde guy with the glasses is bordering on hostile. I’ve been coming here for a long time but I’m going to drive to a further location now. The first time I interacted with him I thought he was just having a bad day, but after my 4th visit I’ve come to see he’s just not a nice person. Based on the numerous reviews commenting on the bad customer service over many months and multiple different employees, the owner seems to struggle with hiring the right people and training them. Maybe he needs to work with a consultant or get training on how to do this because there numerous people are saying they’re going to a different location due to being treated poorly at this one.
