Very disappointing experience at this UPS store. I came in to ship 3 boxes containing hazardous materials and simply needed guidance on how to proceed. The employee told me the store could not accept the shipment or create the labels for m, and that I would need to go online and print the labels myself. I understand that stores have policies and restrictions but customer service matters. The employee was unfriendly appeared irritated by my questions, avoided eye contact and made me feel as though I was bothering her by asking for assistance.Rather than trying to help me understand my options she seemed eager to end the conversation.
I have visited other UPS store locations and have always treated with courtesy and professionalism. This was my first visit to this location and unfortunately it will be my last. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Base on my experience, I would never recommend this store to anyone who values helpful and respectful customer service.

Very rude and unprofessional experience at this UPS Store. I walked in, said good Morning
and the owner didn’t even respond. Right away he had an attitude and seemed angry for no reason. I came in for a simple Amazon return and he insisted I pay just to tape the box closed. When I politely mentioned that UPS stores usually help with that, he started complaining about his bills and expenses to me as a customer, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
The store was not busy at all, so there was no excuse for the behavior. The owner seriously seems to have anger issues and should not be treating customers this way. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Definitely not coming back.

The customer service here is awful. Salvation Army sent me the wrong package so I was returning it to them. The emailed me a packing slip and I don't have a printer. I was told it will cost $3 to print the slip they clearly already got from UPS, and I had to pay for a roll of tape. I'm sure the employees are just doing what they're told, but this policy sucks.
I wish Salvation Army shipped through FedEx. The FedEx down the street is phenomenal. The employees are insanely helpful, everything I've done in there has been fast and easy. It literally makes my day better to go there. If you have a choice pick the FedEx down the street. Don't come here.
Now I have to wait until I'm doing something near or at the library before I can return this package.

I went in to return an amazon item and was so uncomfortable with the ladies. They were so rude. I dont know how some people are saying the service here is good. Idk if they pay them or soemthing to say that. I got scolded at for coming in 5 minutes before they closed. They kept huffing and puffing over scanning a few packages that could be finished in five minutes. I come off work late and that was the only time i could come. It was just weird and uncomfortable. It made me feel like shit after. Not going back to this location ever.

They were mean about me coming in 10 minutes before closing and I had a simple return and we finished with 5 minutes before closing. It made me uncomfortable and don't want to go back there.
