Very bad service. It said 24 hours open so arrived here past midnight. They took 55 minutes to make 1 sandwich.

I’ve always used Subway because it was fast and convenient when I’m in a rush, but this new self ordering system completely ruined the experience. They reduced the amount of staff so now one employee is stuck doing everything in the back while 15 people are waiting for their orders. It’s frustrating for customers and unfair to the workers.
The whole system feels like it was designed to save the company money while putting more pressure and stress on employees. What used to be a quick stop now takes forever. I won’t be coming back, and I’m sure many other customers feel the same way.

This is the second time my son and I have come to the subway. They refuse to help people if you walk up to the counter that they require that you go to the kiosk and then they make you stand there and wait while they make sandwiches for 2530 minutes. It’s awful service. They don’t greet you. It’s one of the worst subways that I have ever been in.
