Subway, what happened to you?
Kiosk only ordering - tables full of people with no food in front of them.. all waiting “in line”. Terribly long wait. They all paid already so they don’t want to leave, even though no one is happy….No thank you.
We are not employees, stop making the customers interact with machines instead of people.
…Why have a bar where you can see and choose exactly what is on your sandwich? Now there is more opportunity for the user to input the food wrong, and employee to get it wrong.
Also - $8 for a 6inch sandwich with 2 ingredients for a picky eater… turkey and cheese. The kiosk was so time-consuming to deselect all the add-ons and upsales. In the past I would go to subway for convenience of someone else making a sandwich on the run… now it is absolutely not convent. The only good thing about this is that subway convinced me to save my money… so thanks I guess.

I came to this Subway for a quick lunch during a slammed day at work. Misael had such excellent customer service, and it really turned my bad day around! My sandwich was also delicious. Can't wait to eat here again.
