    I got a 6 inch tuna on May 1, 2026, and oh my God the Braid felt like a rock. It hurts my teeth. It’s hurting my jaw out for over an hour and I’m calling nonstop to tell them that they can’t be serving that but nobody is picking up the phone and the lady that was working. She’s short Mexican looking horrible customer service for not answering the phone because I just left the store and I know it wasn’t busy I need an immediate refund and I’m gonna keep calling until I get a hold of someone and tell them how nasty and hard the bread is. This is not OK. I drove for 20 minutes to come get a sandwich that I was charged for and I couldn’t even bite or chew.

    Detailed(ish) review for today’s interaction on Tuesday April 14 2026 @ 2:19pm: Every aspect of this entire experience was on point from start to finish! The vibe is felt almost immediately upon walking in and that right there means everything to me. This employee needs to be recognized for her skills regarding making amazing sandwiches and for being such a wonderful human being! To the owner… You have a diamond in the sky employee and please, keep doing what you’re doing because your employee has demonstrated professionalism, skill and most important, the drive to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you to this entire team for your dedication and commitment to provide us with good food! Respectfully, Me!

    Cashier on 3/16/26 @2p was really rude acting like she was really busy to even welcome me when there was no customers in the building. I said hello and she straight up made eye contact and looked away without even a smile. You got to get better employees or train them in customer service. She was shrugging the whole time while I was ordering.

    Not sure who was working this evening but she is always in such a great mood. There’s a few locations near my house but this one is the best for both customer service and food quality.
