  Needed to scan documents to my employer and Clinton helped me set up the scanner. Great customer service if you're in the area and need copier scanner I recommend it

  Nasty old lady with orange hair wouldn’t let me buy a “laptop box” and ship a framed picture inside of it. The picture fit perfectly inside the laptop box. She just rambled over and over in a very incoherent way that laptop boxes can ONLY be used for laptops and NOTHING else. Said that was fedex policy. I looked it up and couldn’t find this policy. Also you need an ID to ship from FedEx?? What the hell?? Never going to this place again. Terrible customer service and terrible experience.

  Really bummed- been coming here for over 5 years but lately the customer service sucks. They overcharged me A LOT and very clearly didn’t want to make things right. Mind you I’ve been having them print the same files for over 5 years- this location AND others and now they decide to tell me I’m wrong when clearly their staff messed up. If you want to save your money and time, don’t come to this location. PS- the staff is friendly, the manager is not

  Terrible service and rude female associate during my recent visit on 3/27! Very unhelpful and unprofessional. Full feedback provided to their corporate office. Find another location or be ready for disappointment. Just read other feedbacks and it says it all!
