FedEx is consistently the worst company that I ever have to deal with as a business owner. It is so incredibly hard to get information out of their automated system where to get any information at all from anybody about shipments arrival times and pretty much anything else I ever need to know.. it always makes me anxious when I buy something online and find out that it is being shipped by FedEx.

Boy did I luck out picking this store while Kayce was working! She was amazingly helpful! Figured out how to print a hidden receipt and even helped me sort out a door dash return. Talk about above and beyond. You go Kayce!!

I primarily use the self service copy machines. They’re really easy to use with a credit card.

Store is absolutely terrible. Worse fedex experience. Printers had issues and was forced to pay extra for each additional print on the new machine. Also the email printandgo does not work even after 10 mins. Ended up using Dropbox to retrieve the files
