  Anthony provides excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always so helpful. He is patient, answers all of my questions, and makes the experience easy and stress-free, especially since I’m not very tech-savvy. I really appreciate all of his help and the great service he provides every time I visit the store.

  Compré un teléfono en la tienda y me dijeron que me llegaría en 1 o 2 días (mentira), me llegó días más tarde porque no habían puesto bien mi dirección, así que llame al servicio al cliente para regresarlo pero me dijeron que como había hecho la compra en la tienda, ellos me debían solucionar el problema, fui a la tienda al día siguiente y solo me estaban dando largas, así que fui otra vez y nada! Servicio al cliente dijo que la tienda me debía arreglar el problema y en la tienda no me dan ninguna solución. ¡Jamás vuelvo a comprar en Cricket!

  I went there yesterday and Aron took care of me. I had purchased a new iPhone but it was on SOS and no cell connection. He guided me through the three very simple steps I needed to do and I had cell service in about four minutes. Thanks, Aron! :)
