  I was dreading having to deal with several return shipments, but my experience at this UPS Store completely changed my day. Roane was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in. He made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and Roane truly went above and beyond. I left with a smile on my face and a much brighter outlook. Thank you!

  I went in to re-ship a simple package today at 10a.m. the lady behind the counter who assisted me was an extremely snappy. This is not the first time I have encountered her demeaning and aggressive customer service but this was the final straw. After asking a couple questions her tone because extremely short and borderline aggressive, while visually becoming annoyed/angry with my few questions (face becoming red and vein popping out of forehead). My experiences with her have been so unpleasant that I will now drive out of my way to another location just to avoid this woman.
