  This is my first time ever leaving a negative review, and I genuinely wish I didn’t have to. I visit this UPS Store frequently because it’s right next to my workplace, and I’ve always had pleasant experiences. The owner has always been kind, welcoming, and professional, which is why I keep coming back. Unfortunately, my experience with Casey was completely different. She provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Her attitude was cold, hostile, and incredibly disrespectful. Instead of making customers feel welcome, she made me feel uncomfortable and even intimidated during our interaction. I honestly left feeling shaken, and it’s the first time in my life that I’ve been so disturbed by the way I was treated by someone in customer service. Everyone can have a bad day, but showing basic respect to customers should be the minimum expectation for anyone working in a customer-facing role. Casey seriously needs proper training on how to communicate with people, treat customers with respect, and provide professional service before continuing in this position. I truly hope the Owner addresses this issue because it does not reflect the positive experiences I’ve always had at this UPS Store.

  I was dreading having to deal with several return shipments, but my experience at this UPS Store completely changed my day. Roane was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in. He made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and Roane truly went above and beyond. I left with a smile on my face and a much brighter outlook. Thank you!

  WELL!!! I drive another 15 minutes JUST to go to your store! The positive attitudes ~ the personalities of ALL the people that work there is well worth the extra time in the car! They made a project that seemed overwhelming to me SO simple and FUN! Duncan could not have been more helpful...and had all the patience in the world! Thank you for providing such a GREAT experience with the added joy of FABULOUS service! I will ALWAYS go to your store for all my printing needs!!!! See you SOON! Mary
