  You can expect 5 star customer service every time you visit this location. I had a small hiccup in my last print job, and without question their team resolved it, no questions asked. You can tell the leadership's qualities trickle down to each employee. Happy to keep coming back!

  I’ve visited a few of the UPS stores Ian manages and the experience has been consistently better than most. Shipments, even last-minute ones, are quick and easy, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and clear when explaining the process. Beyond shipping, their expertise in marketing materials really stands out. From mailers to creative sticker designs, you can tell the team has a strong design background and takes pride in their work. They recognize tight timelines and deliver results. Highly recommend.
