  Put in an online order that said it would be ready at my preferred time. I look at my app and it says “ready”. I show up and my order was not there. Got an email that my online order was cancelled after about 10 minutes of putting in my order even though it said “ready” on the app. Never returning.

  Crappy service. Was told twice to order first before you can use their "golden" bathroom. Seems like they think you'll escape after. Lost customers that day. Never going back.

  This is the amount just a thin spread that the Mexican lady will give you on tuna day. And the bathroom was out of service

  Went into this Subway to get me a sandwich and the girl who made my sandwich said she had to make the sandwich how it is on the menu or it was considered a customized sandwich which would cost me more. Plus I had a coupon to save some money and the girl would not honor it because I wanted a large drink instead of what the coupon said. I told her that I would pay for the extra size and she still told me that I couldn’t do that. My coupon was for $799 and because she wouldn’t honor the coupon, my food was double in price!! What a crock!! I will never go back to this location ever again, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Sad thing is it was a really nice location until this new owner took over. Now it’s the worst Subway and worst customer serve I have ever experienced!
