  I can’t get a human on the phone it’s all AI and it stinks ! My package has been delayed for days and I can’t talk to anyone! This is ridiculous

  Shipped a valuable piece requiring insurance. Because of the insurance, FedEx required opening the box to verify proper packaging. Store manager was satisfied with packaging and reclosed box using extra reinforcement for added security. He did a great job. Overall store was very efficient and customer oriented. Highly recommend this location.

  I needed to send a letter in a hurry The post office offered priority express service but said it would take 4 days Fed Ex was able to get it there in 2 days and guarantee timely arrival The man was very professional and nice Letter got there on time and I was able to verify it Great job Fed Ex
