  I needed to send a letter in a hurry The post office offered priority express service but said it would take 4 days Fed Ex was able to get it there in 2 days and guarantee timely arrival The man was very professional and nice Letter got there on time and I was able to verify it Great job Fed Ex

  Curious to know if youre all able to delivery any packages without throwing them off your trucks, especially when they say "Fragile". Your delivery drivers in the Los Osos area are so aggressive with packages that theyve managed to break not only PVC equipment, but Metal equipment and hardware now. Boxes constantly at my doorstep that look like they came from a war zone. I havnt had a package delivered by you all in the last 5 that were not damaged externally and then also defected internally. I get that its just a job to most of you, but this is just sheer negligence.
