  I called several times they hung up in my face several times I finally got through the guy answer deck, he hung, got the form of my face. That's a seventh time I drove up there. I asked for a manager, no manager's working. He won't be back until Sunday. I said, okay, I'm looking at all those guys. That was in the kitchen horse playing around. You had a guy at the. Register, which I think he was in training. His fingernails were full of dirt. Also, there was another guy at the register.I'm assumed he was in charge?He had nasty attitude, there also was a female. She was bragging that she works there talking aloud to the other workers that was hoist, playing in the kitchen, laughing and giggling. She was leaning on the bags that goes to the customers with her under arms on top of it. Yes, she did help the guys out. Because the guys was not responding to the customers, this is my third time ever going to that wingstop. I will never ever go again. Or even recommend anyone to go there until they improve their staff and their management period.... Unacceptable

  PATRONS BE CAUTIOUS. Washington ave San Leandro, late nite- 1030'11ish. Wings were burnt. Tasted like leftovers. Not juicy as other locations. THE SAUCE TASTED as if a flamethrower lit it up. Had Hawaiian and habanero- bone in as usual. We definitely ch3ck my orders from now on. locations - way to tired to call and complain. Way to late at night. Terrible experience. Location was dirty and untidy. No lids available for drinks. Staff seemed totally unconcerned. No pride in the establishment at all. Next time I'll stick to what and where I know. Totally my fault to seeking the same or similar service out of convienence.

  Do not come to this location on your lunch break unless you have an hour it takes them 40 minutes to make six wings, and on the order board my name always says ready but it's never complete. If you do a phone order they're not going to cook it until you arrive.
