  The customer service is horrible. I purchased UPS branded tape for $10.99 and the tape is extremely cheap. I asked the associate if I could get a refund for the tape and he said no. I asked if I could speak to a Supervisor or Manager and he told me he was the manager. I asked for his name and he said “AK”. I asked for a full name and he wouldn’t provide it. The worst part was is that he saw how crappy the tape was, acknowledged it by using their tape from behind the counter, but still wouldn’t refund the tape. Again, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  They changed locations, but they were literally right across the parking lot from the previous location. The lone employee arrived right at the opening time, but no judgement here. It did take a minute to get the computers running, and there was a line even before they opened.
