  highly recommend not coming here. The customer service was horrible. I came in for fingerprinting, and the manager was very rude and did a disgusting job. He made mistakes, and less than 24 hours later I came back and asked them to redo the fingerprints, but they refused unless I paid again. I have never seen a place handle customers like this before. I also spoke to his boss, expecting better customer service, but she acted the same way and only seemed interested in getting more money. Very unprofessional experience.

  The new location is across the street next to Panda Express now. Parking is horrible. I mean, just horrible. I hate the new location.

  Weirdest experience of all time coming in here. Apparently I'm not allowed to put my flash drive into the self serve printer (they don't work???), but the employee said he'd print it from his laptop in the back. And the prints are $3.25 a page for black and white. It didn't feel right at all. Big scam vibes.

  I drive out of my way to go to this specific location because the people there are always very nice and accommodating. Yesterday I needed to pack and ship 11 laptops and AK was extremely patient with me and explained all of my options. There's always parking in front which also helps immensely.
