  Today I had something important to email and print… ohhhh and get something notarized. When I tell you that the staff answered every question I had. Never made me feel as if it was a dumb question nor made me feel I was asking too much. They were patient, understanding and kind. It’s an hot day and I have menopausal flashes and I was offered a chair and water… I tell ya, this lets me know that they aren’t just about making a dollah, they are into ensuring they meet and beat their customers expectations

  Haylee or Haylie. Is a super rude employee. Kids were inside the store and are not directly next to parents and goes on to say loudly “who’s kids are those” not professional at all or kind, could have politely asked kids to not do that.

  Haley and Dana were nice and welcoming when I walked in. They were extremely helpful and patient with helping me with very important documents. There was so much work they needed to double team on my tasks. For areas where they were new to they made sure to confirm with their supervisors. I really appreciated this because it showed that they were invested in carrying out the tasks correctly. They remained calm throughout the whole process even though there was a lot to do and a lot of people they were helping simultaneously. I’ll be coming back here for any important tasks I need to handle in the future. Thank you Haley and Dana.

  If I could leave NO Stars, I would. My Aunt and Uncle have both passed, and I am the Executor of their Estate. This UPS Store is where they had their business mailbox. They have made it so difficult, and unpleasant for me in handling their final affairs. All of that aside, I was forced to add myself to the mailbox so I could access my Aunt and Uncles mail. I requested the mail be forwarded because I am not local. It was exceptionally difficult getting them to process this transaction, I requested a receipt be provided with the package - which it was not, and when I say the price flabbergasted me - I am not lying. I just checked my bank statement. They charged me $49.34, as a mailbox holder for years, to send me about 1 pound of mail USPS regular mail. I do not know who can afford that...... But also, they have the power to take advantage. I needed my mail so the price was paid. I understand they are a business but when you take advantage of people so exponentially they stop coming back. 2 Thumbs way down. I am sure this review will further affect my quality of service going forward as the mailbox is unfortunately still active, but it needed to be said. I am only doing business with them because I have too.
