  The clerk did not say hi, did not look at me, talked to me in cold and rigid voice, and did not respond to me when I said thank you at the end. I thought she was just being rude. But a few seconds later she greeted another white male customer nicely like: “Good morning sir, how are you?” Excuse me?! That’s terrible. It was either because she didn’t like me or because I am Asian. Shocked to see this kind of racism in the Bay Area.👎

  $4.5 to print a shipping label, I understand charging $1 or $2. Ended up getting no business at all. Bad business model

  Quick and fast shipping service solution and friendly staff at this location were the reasons for this rating. Hailey (?) Terry at this location is super awesome and sweet, not to mention, knowledgeable and great to talk with!
