  I went in for a turkey and salami sandwich and was told that she couldn’t make ot because it wasn’t on the menu so she had no way to charge me for it. Mind you I go here every couple months when I come down to get my hair done right down the street. I always stop at this same location to get the same order. So I asked her was there anyone else here besides her that could help us. She stated, No. So I told her to just charge me for whatever sandwich full price and she said she couldn’t do that either. I asked the young lady her name and she starred at me for a minute. Then started crying and ran to the back. I was caught off guard. I asked her what was wrong and she said, I’m calling the police. I’m calling the police now ! I was literally stuck. I asked through the wall because she was on the other side, what did I do but ask for a sandwich to be prepared a certain way and then for your name. She stated again, I’m calling the police. I said, and call your store manager as well because I would like to speak with her. Then I could hear what appeared to be the manager on the phone. I requested to speak with her, and the store manager refused and cosigned for her employee to call the police. I waited while watching customers come in and be turnt away stating the police are on their way. I waited until something told me to call the station. The San Leandro police told me there has been no crime committed and they’re NOT coming on behalf of a sandwich and we shared a laugh. I left and now I’m pursuing to find out who owes this Subway at 14972 E. 14th St. This was definitely racially profiling because of my ethnicity and I don’t appreciate being threatened in any manner yet alone in these times all that’s going on with racial motivated murders.

  This particular Subway l won't visit again. Every time I have went the workers were unfriendly and not very efficient with their prep when you always have a line out the door.

  Ordered through Uber Eats and was very happy with the experience, they really pile on the meats! Will definitely be ordering through this location again.

  Best Subway order I've had in a while on DoorDash. The veggies were super fresh and crunchy, not wilted at all. Even though it was delivered, the bread wasn't soggy and the cookies were still soft. Great job by the staff getting this out quickly and accurately!!!

  I’ve had really great experiences with this Subway! The staff is always super friendly, and they make everything quick and easy. Whenever I order through DoorDash or Uber Eats, my food is always ready on time and just how I expect it. It’s honestly one of my go-to spots when I want something fast and reliable.
