  Store opens at 8am so I thought arriving there early and first would help my visit quick and easy as I only went in to print a few personal papers. I couldn’t print as the printer cartridges were out of ink. I tried explaining to the employee working at 8am on 8/10 I was in a rush and could not wait bit had already been charged. He did not care and still made me wait. Came to waste my time and money. I didn’t leave with what I needed. He didn’t offer any help regarding a refund or credit. I wouldn’t have minded credit to come back at a better time. Please stop hiring careless people I’d understand if it was a long busy day It’s 8AM why are things not restocked and ready for use? I

  There rudest employees ever well the black guy is rude the girl was chilled, do better it’s early in the morning no one wants to deal with a grown man with an attitude. Good day never coming back again

  On 5/24 I called to get support with an online print order - they were not very helpful at all. Choose a different FedEx if you can!

  I like their do it yourself printing! Anything on my flash drive, (pictures and documents), fast and easy, good quality! Helpful friendly staff!
