  I’m surprised with all these negative reviews. Food was great, staff were friendly every time. The only drawback was how small the place was, but there was outdoor seating to accommodate. Definitely will be returning to this location

  I’ve only ordered here for Convenience sake but I will no longer be ordering from the SJC location. I’ve been continuously disappointed and will stick to the San Clemente and Mission locations. The wings are always Overcooked/burnt to the point where they are not juicy and taste like beef jerky. When we went back to complain, the worker said it’s because the wings come frozen so they just come out like that…… I’ve never had this issue in other Wingstop. Walking in you see all the employees slacking and being rude. No wonder they let my wings burn 😢 I have attached pictures And copy of the receipt. I asked for my fries to be a well done/crispy not the wings! However, they managed to Burn the fries And wings….. no wonder this spot has 2.2 stars. I wonder if management will ever do anything to fix it.

  Employees are extremely rude. Didn’t have a trashcan, awful customer service.
