  I visited this location last week for a quick Amazon return. About a year ago, my experience here wasn’t what I expected, but this time was completely different. It seems there’s new ownership, and the service has improved significantly. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even took the time to guide me on a couple of mailers I needed to send with customized addresses. Highly recommend their service, great customer care and a very positive experience overall.

  CUSTOMERS BEWARE This place is a rip off , The lady there told me it would be $48 to ship Ground UPS to Livermore Nor Cal. I shipped from a different Store the week before the same item same weight but slightly bigger package for $22. I asked her why$48 she said UPS ground is more expensive. Then she told me USPS for $24 guess I should have just gone to the post office which i would do next time if i have to ship anything. The post office would probably be half the cost

  Horrific customer service EVERY time I go in. I have talked directly with the owner each time regarding the poor service without resolution and will not be back. I'm done.

  Had to print packing slip for a package and was charged $3.50 for the one piece of paper! Be careful in here of the hidden agendas!
