I used to ship documentation overseas from this FedEx without any problem. But today, this female stuff did not seem to know how to do it. Asked me for eei number which it's not needed here. I could tell She was just trying to be difficult. What a shame. Just went to UPS and shipped it out without difficulty. Now I know UPS is a much better place for me to do business with.

So I usually come here for my work. Did not realize they close at 7 I get there at 6:56 and explain I just need to fax something by email. And she is like no it takes more time, maybe if it was a regular fax but email takes me a minute. I get people want to go home but sometimes giving a little grace is helpful.
