We went here since “Chick Fil A” across the street was closed for remodeling. We love Chick Fil A chicken sandwiches and their fries. It was a great opportunity to try Wingstop and we were very hungry. We immediately noticed that all the people handling the food were not wearing gloves and one gal went back and forth from handling food to helping people at the register. There was a young man who exclusively worked the register and he was very helpful since it was our first time there; he explained our options. The service was good and both at the register seemed to be very friendly and polite. Still, as hungry as we were, our chicken sandwiches were bland and not delicious even though we both selected different flavor seasonings. My spouse agreed. We normally share a large French Fries but their large fries wasn’t much for over $6 so we ordered two large fries. The fries were disappointing since they were not crispy at all! The fries are definitely much better next door at Five Guys. French Fries should always be crispy; otherwise, it’s not called French Fries. We both agreed not to ever return to Wingstop if we ever wanted to eat chicken. Their food is not special or very delicious and it was pretty pricey for the quality and the fact that it wasn’t delicious at all. The restaurant was very clean and we were glad we could see them working in the clean kitchen. There was a big sink in the kitchen reminding employees to wash their hands but I didn’t see the gal who handled the food and worked at the register ever washing her hands or wearing gloves even though she went back forth to handling the food and working the register. That’s when we noticed that even the cook and other employees handling the food were not wearing gloves! Very odd! Sorry I can’t recommend this restaurant and I can’t believe they would have repeat business especially since the employees handling the food do not wear gloves.

The space feels very comfortable, very chill, I feel like I’m at home when I step into this Wingstop. The food always hits the spot. I would like to give a special thanks to Uriel for always giving good vibes, and always being friendly, which makes the space more comfortable than it already is.

I have to say Wing Stop has fallen off these days. Whereas years ago, they had long lines somewhat out the door, considering size. My reason for 3🌟 is because.... When going to Wing Stop today. You will have to stand there until employees finish their conversation. Before they come to ask you about your order. The tables are rarely be wiped down. So it doesn't appease you to sit and eat. You have ask, can they please come and wipe a table down. So I no longer sit in to eat. Their automated beverage choosing machine. Is one nasty touch screen. That is smeared with lots of fingerprints. So they don't wipe it down on a regular. Nor do they leave disposable antibacterial wipes near it. Which would be better for all Customers. To have the option to sterilize and wipe it down. So that is another reason why I gave it a 3🌟. Im glossed out 🤮 by that. I noticed at certain Wing Stops. You will see a darker tinge to your chicken and fries. Most times this will be a sign. That the grease has not been changed in a timely manner. All of this leads to a 3🌟 and some may give it a 2🌟 But overall, Wing Stop today. Should only be eaten once every 6 months to a year. And that's if the grease is clean and you take it to go. As well as get the seasoning on the side. Because Wing Stop is not keeping up with the times. Of more health conscious people today. Far as sodium is concerned. Their seasoning is way too high in sodium.
If only their corporate office would wake up and realize this. People can enjoy their chicken with less than half the sodium. So I recommend that people get their seasoning on the side. And let yourself be in control of how much sodium you intake. I spent a little over $20
