  I ordered via Doordash. The wingstop employees forgot to put one of my items in the bag. When I called they told me if I wanted it I had to go pick it up... I asked to talk to a manager and they claimed there wasn't one, then left me on hold before eventually hanging up. Edit: in response to your response- Your time to make it right was when I called, not waiting until after I left a review and asking me to go to a link or call again. Waiting to try to make it right until after someone leaves a review is just an all around bad customer service practice.
