  I had renters insurance with this agency for two years. After I moved, I have tried to cancel the policy. It's impossible to cancel the policy online. I have emailed them to cancel my policy without any response for nearly a week. I have called in to ask to cancel my insurance and they say that I need to email them. Then I call them again to cancel this and they refuse to help me without a policy number, which they are unwilling to help me find. At this point, I will be taking legal steps against this company as well as filing consumer protection claims against them. Do not get insurance from Val Deleon.

  My experience with Mrs. Alma and her husband Ezequiel Marquez was very satisfactory. They were very patient, kind, responsible, and professional. As a client for Allstate I highly recommend them and all of their services. More specifically the Foxworthy office in San Jose. They are the best!
