I moved to East San Jose this spring and have visited several UPS Stores. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by how rude or unfriendly the staff seemed at most of the locations I visited. Then I visited this store, and the atmosphere was completely different from the other locations. As soon as I walked in, I felt a bright, positive energy from the two ladies working there. Their presence immediately put me at ease and lifted my spirits. Both ladies greeted me with smiles and treated me warmly. They were also skilled and efficient in handling their work. I especially want to thank Shalini, who helped me during my visit. I truly appreciate the thoughtful and kind way she treated me. I’m so happy to have found a UPS Store where I feel comfortable coming back. Thank you both for making such a wonderful impression. I look forward to continuing to use this location!

Excellent Service Rarely write a review but I have to! I had a great experience with UPS, especially because of Huyen. She was sooooo nice, friendly, and professional! Huyen took the time to assist me and made the whole process easy and stress-free (not one but multiple times). Honestly, I changed from the post office to UPS because of her! She is truly a wonderful person and provides exceptional customer service. Thank you, Huyen, for always going above and beyond! You’re amazing! ❤️
