  I’ve been going to this UPS Store for a while now, and Fabiola and Alexiz consistently go above and beyond. They’re knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful; whether it’s answering questions about shipping options, helping troubleshoot an issue, or just making the whole experience quick and pleasant. It’s clear they care about doing a good job and treating customers right. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and this team delivers it every single time. If you’re a regular at this location, you already know; and if you’re not, you should be. Highly recommend, and a big thank you to Fabiola and Alexiz for consistently making this a great experience!

  Great service at this UPS location. The representative was calm, patient, and really listened to my needs, never rushing my decisions. I stayed well past closing time, and they helped me the whole way through without complaint. Truly appreciated the dedication. Highly recommend!

  This is not your typical one-stop shopping experience. No, the UPS Store took it a step further and now want only one-stop customers. That's right. The UPS Store wants customers who only shop here one time. So, please, honor the UPS Store TOS and never return.

  Came here with my sister in law for her notary appt at 930a. We arrived at 915a. The store is not open and their opening time says 830a.

  The staff seems nice enough. Every time I have been there, the place is slammed with customers. The problem being that only 2 people are working and if someone requests fingerprinting services, that drops the number down to 1 person working. This was the case both visits I made. Fingerprinting takes time due to people having sweaty hands, etc. Anyways, the wait time was pretty long, but it was obvious that the staff was going as fast as possible. Of course there are always those people who feel they are special and try to get helped without having to wait their turn... they are just too busy to be stuck in line. There is a kiosk available for checking in your package, payment of shipping costs, and printing of postage labels. It seemed to me that the store was attempting to educate customers via the informational display which went over services offered, basic rates, and other helpful topics. Despite the wait, I recommend this place for your shipping needs.
