  Reminder to check your receipt for "Enhanced Declared Value! I did RMA for computer motherboard valued at $800, shipping was $20 and "insurance was $64 I did not pay attention to the bill because I was getting refund from computer seller, they informed me the bill should have been $32. It turns out these nice folks "gouged" me for the enhanced insurance that I never asked for. In fact, this level of service is completely inappropriate according to Google. The clerk made a **severe error** by billing you under the **"Enhanced Declared Value" (EDV) corporate program**, which is reserved strictly for high-tier shipments valued up to $70,000, and manually entering a baseline flat-fee surcharge meant for industrial accounts. While stores are allowed to mark up shipping rates, applying an entirely incorrect corporate billing category to hit a retail customer with a 400% surcharge violates franchisor compliance. For an $800 package, the rate should have been exactly **$13.60**. The store billed you an extra **$50.65** for an account classification you do not belong to. Please do not get scammed by this horrible business.
