  I love going to this location because of leslie, keanna, queenie, everyone is so nice and friendly! I always get what I need and the hours are perfect for me! I love the location, its always clean and organized and service is so quick, best UPS store in our area!

  Keanna was amazing! I brought in a bunch of stuff today, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. She made everything so easy and was also super friendly and fun to talk to. 😊 I really appreciated her positive attitude and great customer service. Thank you so much for all your help today, Keanna!   9/16/2026 around 10:45. There was basically no customer service at all. The two employees there were not helpful whatsoever. I was trying to ship three large boxes, and they didn’t even offer to help hold the door when I was clearly struggling because the boxes were too big to carry through easily. I was also surprised that using the computer costs $3, even if you don’t print a single page. There were no clear instructions on how to use it, and no one came over to offer any assistance. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and made a simple shipping process much more frustrating than it needed to be.
