  This is by far my favorite shipping location. The staff is always friendly and helpful and helps you decide on the best shipping options. Leslie is absolutely wonderful. She was very polite during my last visit and helped me package and ship multiple items which was a bit of a hassle for me. Thanks Leslie and the rest of the amazing staff at this location.

  Everyone knows my name! And they seem to care about my day. Queenie is an amazing manager and cares about her work and the people around her. James and the rest of the team are always delightful asking how I’m doing. Always happy to seem them!

  Wonderful service from Leslie and Kianna. I had to ship some personal legal documents to Canada which also required me to include a prepaid return shipping label and envelope to myself, which was a huge troublesome mess since they required custom invoice papers which the system was not including automatically and things are just different for international shipping with canada . I ended up spending a couple hours because of the complex process and manual label creations. Really appreciate the patience, helpfulness, and engagement from the employees at this UPS store.

  I have been a regular customer at this UPS Store for quite some time, consistently choosing them for my shipping needs. What draws me back is not merely convenience, but the exceptional quality of service they provide. Every staff member is remarkably courteous, professional, and meticulous in their work. I would like to extend my particular appreciation to the store manager, Queenie. She consistently demonstrates remarkable patience and thoroughness in addressing any questions or concerns I may have, no matter how minor. Though modest in size, this store operates with tremendous dedication and efficiency. The positive energy and genuine commitment of the entire team are truly commendable. I genuinely value the experience they provide and wish them continued success and prosperity.

  I dropped off a package that only needed one small piece of tape. The staff told me there would be a taping fee. I said I’d rather buy a roll of tape and apply it myself instead. After I paid for the tape, I noticed I had still been charged the taping fee. When I asked about it, they claimed they had already performed the service even though I had specifically told them not to. I asked if they could remove the tape and refund the fee, but they refused. Absolutely terrible customer service.. Recommend to avoid this store
