  The store is really so quiet and clean. The staff is so friendly and calm all the time. There is a reasonable wait time. Every time had a good experience there.

  The customer service at this UPS store is exceptional. Santhi , the customer service agent went above and beyond. She was very patient was very helpful.

  The short-haired blonde old lady is extremely rude. She always gives me the package receipt by throwing it at me. It’s awful to see someone with that attitude working at UPS. I’ve had two experiences with her when returning Amazon items. I stopped coming to this location because of her, and even after a long time, her attitude is still the same. My house is close by, but she’s the reason I don’t want to return items here. I feel really heavy and stressed every time I have to deal with her.

  For some reason every single time I ever go to this ups there's always a long line very slow and inefficient employees working. They should really improve on staff working efficiently
