We had an excellent experience working with The UPS Store for our custom wedding stationery. From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and detail-oriented. They took the time to review our designs, answer questions, and make sure everything looked perfect before printing.
One of the biggest advantages was being able to work with someone in person rather than going back and forth through an online printing website. Having a knowledgeable team available to guide us through the process gave us so much confidence, and the final products turned out beautifully.
The turnaround time was impressively fast, and their pricing was very fair—actually better than many of the online printing quotes we received. We were thrilled with both the quality and the service. If you’re looking for custom printing, especially for something as important as wedding stationery, I highly recommend them!

Best store. Owner that really cares and goes above and beyond.
I used this store to ship my very precious grandmas China half way across the country and some one of a kind oil paintings. The store meticulously wrapped everything and delivered the packages. Unfortunately one of (hundreds) of the fine China broke in transit. The owner helped me manage the insurance claim process and ensured I was reimbursed so I could replace the antiques. Went above and beyond. Is so nice to work with people who care.
Danny provided outstanding customer service at the UPS store. He was professional, friendly, and very efficient. He made the whole process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to help. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a shipping center.

I usually go to this UPS store to return my Amazon’ packages
without a problem.
Today, I think it was the manager that urged me to use the return kiosk.
I was hesitant, asking if I would get the refund in a timely manner back to my Amazon account it usually takes no more than two hours.
She repeated to me twice
(sounding annoyed)
that “this does not affect the return in any way”
this was five hours ago.
The store is closed now and the return has still not posted to my account.
Going forward I will not be using the kiosk.
I’ll have to contact @Amazon tomorrow to confirm that they did in fact receive my return.
I’ Am ANNOYED not only by her attitude today,
but because using the kiosk
“DID” affect my return.
Other than this, I have no complaints about the store
