  I had a wonderful experience at the UPS Store! On capital Expressway Cross St., McLaughlin in San Jose. I stopped by to drop off several boxes, and the customer service was outstanding. Lupe was especially helpful, considerate, and professional throughout my visit. She took the time to assist me with everything I needed and made the entire process quick and easy. It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. Thank you, Lupe, for your kindness and dedication. You made my visit a great one!

  Lupe at The UPS Store is absolutely amazing! She helped me get my PO Box set up, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Since then, she’s always been so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind every time I come in to pick up my mail and packages. It’s rare to find someone who consistently goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude. She makes every visit a pleasant experience and is truly a delight to see. Outstanding customer service like hers deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Lupe, for always making us feel valued!

  I ordered quite a few sets of legos and had them shipped to this location. Word of caution: sometimes UPS will mark packages “Arrival at UPS Access Point Location” before they are actually delivered. Packages seem to be available the very next day (from my experience) 😊. I asked the representatives here and it seems to be an occasional occurrence. None of the less, Lupe has helped and assisted me with all of my deliveries thus far, and has been a total sweet heart. I appreciate the care and attentiveness Lupe provides and will continue to come in in the mornings when (and if) she’s available. Thank you Lupe!
