  I came in this weekend to ship a package and as I walked in, I was greeted by the associates present. I was helped from start to finish by Sixx, who was very courteous and helped me out with the shipping rates and also confirmed the exact arrival dates. I'm very happy with the service and this location is very neat and clean and I would most definitely come back to this location. Give it five stars +, especially to Sixx, thank you again for all your help today!!!

  I just went this location and was immediately greeted with the most unfriendly and unprofessional treatment from these 2 employees : Sixx and Patrick. Sixx was coming across snobbish and condescending toward me. I asked to be treated politely, exactly the way I was treating him. Patrick leaned over and defended him. That whole disappointing encounter lasted 2 mins and I left in shock. I myself have been in the business of providing services to customers for over 2 decades and I hadn't seen unacceptable services this bad for years.

  Sixx provided excellent customer service at The UPS Store. She was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and took the time to make sure I was taken care of. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service, and I really appreciate the positive attitude and professionalism. Sixx is definitely an asset to the store!

  I’ve had only the best experiences when coming to this location for help with shipping stuff and a huge thank you and shout out to six and tricia who helped me most recently with choosing the best poster printing method and for helping me resolve a troublesome amazon return. the staff here are kind and incredible, I wish I could name all of them but they are always going above and beyond!!
