    Nolan was extremely rude. He and my Dad had a misunderstanding on the brightness of his phone for the QR code and instead of explaining more he decided to write down the sentence in English on a piece of paper and then show it to him. The first language we speak at home is English and so I don’t understand why he felt compelled to treat us this way. My dad asked for a manager and the other 2 employees stayed silent. Absolutely ridiculous when it was supposed to be a quick Amazon drop off return.
