    My first time coming to this location which is just around the corner from where I live. Great customer service from the start. Came in for a Livescan and Miguel assisted me and was wonderful! He is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and expressed such great service. Thank you all for your hard work!

    Today my dad and I visited the store at 4750 Almaden Expressway in San Jose. Manger Alexandria and her colleague, Miguel went above and beyond helping my dad and me today. We came in for a notary for a power of attorney and health directive for my dad. Alexandria was professional and kind. She recognized my dad from a previous visit he had, which was welcoming. My dad was emotional when we left, so she came on the other side of the counter to give him a hug. The whole experience today was noted and appreciated. J.F.
