  I visited this store on 8/20. I was (not) surprised by the look of disgust on a young-lady’s face when I entered. I asked a question, she turned to a young man and told him to (deal with me), he was polite/professional/helpful. I left for FedEx close by, where I was welcomed @ the door with a smile and Hello, offered a cheaper price as well. Mmmm

  I had an outstanding experience at this UPS Store. It is by far the most professional UPS Store I have ever visited, and the customer service is truly exceptional. I accidentally left my wallet there, and when I called, they answered the phone right away and immediately confirmed they had found it. When I returned to pick it up, I was impressed to see that it had been safely stored in a sealed bag, giving me complete peace of mind. Their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers really stood out. It's rare to find a team that goes above and beyond like this. Thank you for taking such great care of my belongings and for providing such outstanding service. I highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and friendly service!

  Called in advance for finger scanning. They told me to show up at a certain time. We drive 30 minutes to get there, arrive on time just for everyone to give us attitude. Young girl who may be Indian descent sighing and giving attitude as I’m trying to explain I called for finger scanning and the male who answered the phone told me to come in. She tells a white lady and this lady says she can’t help me and to come back tomorrow. Claims the person she’s currently helping is more important. I wasn’t demanding to be seen right at the moment. I wouldn’t have minded waiting. But the minute I walked in they both looked so annoyed. This was my first time ever coming here so this was very disappointing. Waste of my time.

  Went to 2 different UPS locations for notary. Both places the notary had left early. I tried calling this location 3 times but they didn't answer the phone. Total waste of my time.
