  Seems they dont even tape over boxes. Tape it at your home or get charged at this store

  The prices where so high to ship a small item. But I just paid the high price since I waited so long. They gave me a tracking number and when I tried using it in the USPS store website, the catcha did not upload so it would not let me search for my tacking information. So I decided to call the store. The Asian guy was not interested I helping me. He was huffing and puffing on the phone clearly overworked. He told me call customer service and I said we'll can you help me by checking on your computer and he said I am busy. I said the receipt only has the store number and said hold on. So I am holding after 17 min he never returned. I called back and the Guy ended up being very helpful. He apologized for his behavior and apologize for the tracking website not working. He helped me and gave me all the information I needed. I ended up a happy customer. But I truly believe the store should give him more support

  This is the most terrible place I have ever done business with !! These people have lost my package and after contacting them multiple times and leaving message with their employee , the manager has not called me back to resolve my issue.
