  Had a super racist experience early today—never going back. Had a simple order—employee helping me was very short, snapping, and rolling her eyes. Asked if I wanted a regular or large drink, I asked which one come with the combo, and she won’t answer back. Rang me up, and again, to grab the drink I asked which came with the combo? She snapped and rolled her eyes—the small one. Then, someone wearing a Mexico soccer jersey comes in, and it’s all laughs and giggles and Mexico. Clearly need civil rights training.

  I just went yesterday which was Monday, June 30th. I got the special which was meatball. Anna attended me and made my sandwich. I believe the other two ladies didn't come, and I get to know that you can add few vegetables on your meatball sandwich. The other ladies strictly would say NO you have to eat like this. No even common courtesy. Plus, they are very rude Anna treated me very nice and made my sandwich very clean. I wish Anna would work during the lunch hours. she was exceptional!! If the owner is seeing this, please watch the cameras for the customer service and improve it. there are lot of County employees comes there for lunch.

  Service is extremely slow. It was around noon and there was a long line and only one person to take orders. There was another person in the store, but it seems they were busy inside with something else. They need to staff more people during peak hours.

  I LOVE this subway location! Me and my boyfriend have been coming over from our nearby college campus after classes to wind down and eat our weekly Tuna Tuesdays, a tradition we started a few months ago. The workers always smile brightly at us and make sure our order is accurate and is accurate to the pricing of the “meal of the day” menu. We’ve come to eat here so often that one of the workers can predict the ingredients that we want on our sandwiches! The tuna sandwiches with pepperonis are always so delicious that we both close our eyes and take a sigh of relief with each bite we take. And no this isn’t an exaggeration haha. The place itself is always a neutral temperature and is never too hot or cold to eat in. The bathroom and entire space is also very clean. Shoutout to the two ladies on Tuesday afternoons that do a lot of hard work of making multiple orders while multitasking with other duties around the store. Overall, me and my boyfriend have felt welcome in this location every single time we go through the front doors. Give Diana a raise, such an icon!!

  Food had changed, but it was quick and convenient. Fillings, like lettuce, tomato, etc. improved the sandwich. Seems like less meat than before, so I ended up with more bread around the edges.. Cookies were pretty good when I warmed them up to have with my coffee.
