El peor lugar que puede aver la verdad muy desepcionanda la señora que está despachando en este momento no sabe cómo anteder pedí dos sabwis con diferente sabor y a uno me le puso y el otro me lo empaco sin nada y me cobró diferente precio y uno sin sabor y sin anda la verdad este lugar siempre me desepciona debería aver persona que si decean el trabajo no persona como ella siempre me ase lo mismo no es ni primera vez vale la pena pagar por lo que es no por algo sin sabor

Rude behavior of that lady employee working here
I usually buy sandwiches for my kids and a salad for myself from Subway. The first time I ordered from the location at 699 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA, the experience was very disappointing. The sandwich seemed spoiled, like the meat was rotten, and the salad portion was very small for the price.
I mentioned this to the staff, but they were rude and didn’t seem to care. Since this location is in front of my son’s school, I ended up going back again, and the same issues happened. The salad was only half a bowl with about three pieces of chicken.
I politely asked if that was the normal portion size for a $10 salad, but they ignored me. I also asked to speak with a manager, and they said there wasn’t one available and continued to ignore me.
I’m very disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service at this location.

This place has tons of potential but they need to hire better staff or teach the current ones fundamentals of good customer service. The lady there is unnecessarily grumpy and told us we couldn’t eat in store coz she started cleaning. The store closes at 9:30 PM but you can’t eat there if you reach around 8:50 PM 😒 annoyed. This place is close to home and I’d love to come here but have no reason to because of their attitude ! Oh and she used the same gloves to make both chicken and vegetarian. Added to my annoyance to say the least

Let me say that this is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. I will never come back and I definitely recommend ,you guys beware this business. To make a long story short I placed an online order went to pick it up. Order wasn’t ready. The lady that was working there which she was the only one told me my order was not ready that she was working on. It sat there, waited for my order as she was making it then I realize she’s taking a long time and she tells me (can’t complete your order our oven is broken and I tell her) but I told her you knew that when you started making my order that my order said toasted you should’ve told me that moment not make me wait and start making the sandwich. She then mugs me and starts yelling (SO!!!!! what do you want me to do about it cancel your order online. ) I said it doesn’t let me cancel it because it already processed. You have to void it or cancel it yourself. She then very rudely shouts. I’m not going to cancel your order. You don’t want your sandwich. That’s not my problem. I’m not canceling your order you can leave. I asked her numerous times very nicely for her name for her manager‘s name just so I can get a refund or for them to cancel my order. All she just was yelling and telling me she was not going to cancel my order and that it wasn’t her problem that she didn’t know how to cancel the order. This lady should not be working there.Please avoid this business. no one should have to go through this. forgot to mention that looked at other reviews from the same location and seems that rudeness from the employees is a constant problem at this location the owner at this location really needs to do something about this because there is a big problem with the employees being very rude to customers and having attitude.
