I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Subway. I placed my order through the app, my card was charged, and I received a confirmation number showing the order was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, the receipt didn’t print on their end, and they flat-out refused to make my food.
Even after showing proof of payment and the confirmation number, the staff and manager insisted I “cancel it with my bank,” which is absolutely absurd. If the app shows the order was picked up, why would the burden fall on me to dispute the charge with my bank instead of them honoring the purchase?
The manager kept asking questions that made no sense and offered zero real help. Instead of resolving the issue, they basically dismissed me and left me without the food I paid for.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had! Frustrating, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I won’t be returning to this location.
