  If only I can give a ZERO level of service I would! Staff is extremely RUDE & condescending, unable to communicate appropriately. The Asian lady with a thick make- up & the taller white guy working with a Mexican dude are two of the worst! Very poor customer service. Training might help!

  They have the worst people working their , we been their couple of times and its always the same issue they refuse to take our coupons wich clearly showed them before ordering , yet they still made me pay for the drink and got no drink ! Workers are always in a bad mood and hardly put any food on sandwich yet we ask if they get add more and they just rolled their eyes .

  Every time I go to this subway at night the customer service is lovely!! Unfortunately in the morning it is terrible the ladies are crabby and rude! My five stars go to the wonderful night time employees. Every time I see that girl Bianca making my sub I know that I will receive great customer service.
