  Super negative experience, I told the employee with glasses that I'm to order 3 foot long sandwiches, 2 steaks and one pastrami, she said okay, she got the steaks ready and for the 3rd one she asked again what salami? I said no pastrami, she said we don't have pastrami, after I complained she so what order something else, it's like they supposed to choose what you need to eat, super rude, unprofessional. Lack of communication because of language, when you hire someone to communicate with customers the first thing they need is clear communication, and secondly training to provide the service, this place is close to my home but for sure I'm not going there anymore and I will also ask my friends and families to avoid this place till they learn how to provide the service.

  Im giving this review because I came in today around 11am for my usual order, there was these 2 employees. As I was about to give my order this certain employee had a very negative attitude towards me, perhaps in a bad mood very hostile. It was a bit busy in the store so another employee came in to help she served me with a much better attitude and very helpful. I wasn’t able to catch the other employees name but she had glasses, and her hair was tied in a bun. I get it we have bad days but I’ve been here numerous times and I’ve received this hostile behavior before from the same person, but it does get to a point. Sandwich was amazing thanks to the other employee (great customer service)
