Miserable staff provides miserable service
Subway employees at this location are not able to understand plain simple english. The employees make sad faces when they don't understand the customer's instructions given in English.
Moreover if I placed order online from the app, I did select add extra Toppings for a couple of toppings, the employees making the order did not add anything extra, they add regular toppings far less than u think and if you interrupt and ask them way they make faces with no response to you but in their language they start to chat with other employees making angry face at u.
One of the worst employee service i have ever seen.
Why be angry at the customer, if you can NOT follow simple instructions then why do you work here ?

Worst service in the Bay Area.
They don’t make online orders right. Instead of 4 cheese slices they serve only 3, they don’t spread sauce properly, they don’t follow instructions if mentioned. It happened multiple times to me.

Seems like the guy with pony till had a rough day
He wasn’t professional at all
And i told the lady its going to be for dine in
He packed my food haha 🤣 wired people
If you can’t deal with people go work somewhere else dont make the customer day worest with the bad attitude
I would never visit this location again

Ordered online took so long. I asked the girl to open the restroom she took so long they don’t care about customers
