I ordered online (for coupon users - it works if you order online and use the code for coupons during checkout).
I ordered from my car and went in after 2 mins (right as my sandwich was being prepared).
1 half of my footlong got 2 scoops of Tuna, the other half was punished with only half scoop. The first half was fixed to share some with the second half.
None of my condiments or sauces were added accurately. I didn’t actually know it was my order she was preparing - I assumed it was someone else’s but then I saw the ticket and it had my name. I told that my sauce wasn’t added right - either I spoke it to myself or imagined that I spoke because there was no reaction from other side of counter.
Just then I was reminded that this location had a low rating (I ignored when I was ordering but now felt back).
Anyways, I am a big fan of the tuna sub so even an incorrectly made one also is satisfying for me.
So while I would thank Subway in providing the food and the coupons to reduce the overall price as promotion, I would have expected more in terms of the service at this location.
I didn’t tip. Never leave without a tip if the service is right.
i just left after waiting 15 minutes at the counter to be acknowledged but the lady was busy with online orders. she printed out several while i was waiting. i ordered online and when i went back to pick up the food there was a different lady and she seemed to be nicer.
The experience was great 👍 it was my first time going to have subway and it was a bit confusing a first but okay. The lady was super kind and patient.
I ordered Philly steak and Teriyaki chicken sandwiches. There's no meat 😞! I called back and asked for refund and the manager was so rude and asked me to return to the store. But by that time I was already far away. She is so rude not even an apology. Avoid this store, it's a scam 😔.

Absolutely horrendous place. Was picking up 3 foot longs to be shared by 4 people due to a family medical emergency and I picked up 10-12 napkins. As I am walking out this man calls - wow that’s a lot of napkins.
Looks like Subway does not want its customers to come back. Going down the drain.
