  I had a really great experience with Lisa Yen’s Allstate Agency. What stood out to me the most is how they actually take the time to explain your coverage instead of just throwing numbers at you. I came in thinking I had “full coverage,” and they walked me through what I really had vs. what I actually needed. The team is super responsive, easy to talk to, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping you make the right decision, not just making a sale. They also found me better coverage at a price that made more sense, which was a huge plus. If you want an agency that’s patient, transparent, and actually looks out for you, I’d definitely recommend them.

  I have been with Allstate Insurance for 23 years and have had Lisa Yen as my agent for most of that time. Her team is always willing to take the time to understand my specific needs and ensure I get the best possible pricing. Today (April 7, 2026), I called to discuss adjusting the coverages on my auto policy and spoke with Willa. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After running various numbers and configurations, she was able to reduce my bill by over $500 for our four drivers and four vehicles! I highly recommend giving Lisa's office a call if you are looking for great insurance at a competitive rate.
