  Connie is extremely rude. Don’t work in insurance if you can’t speak nicely over the phone, wouldn’t ever come again.

  I have contacted them to cancel the policy and they will not cancel everything to keep the money . They are playing

  If I could give this place a -10, I would! Their employee whoever Maria is. I contacted this company and this person over a month ago letting her know when my current insurance would expire. I told her when I needed to have insurance. I did everything step-by-step as she needed. And she said she had to go out of town and when she came back, she would notify me to make an appointment to have my car inspected so we can wrap up the policy. So I don’t hear from her and I noticed the date. So I reach out, she calls back and accuses me of waiting a month since our last email correspondence to be the reason that they cannot write up my policy. And my last correspondence with her was not via email it was on the phone, but she doesn’t let you get an a word edgewise as she is trying to excuse the fact that she dropped the ball. She’s not willing to accept blame. And then she wouldn’t let me speak to the owner of the company. I guess this is the type of service that they do cover up their mistakes blame it on the customer. I do not recommend this company for anybody! And as I just read right now, are the reviews I guess they’ve done this before. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before I reached out. And I honestly didn’t think that they would do this when I’m in need of insurance and my other insurance is expiring. So overall I would never ever recommend anybody to go here not even my worst enemy! Like I said -10.

  Melanie is Awesome! She's always helpful in every questions I may have. She's professional, responsive and she goes beyond her ability to make sure I am content. I give her a five star. But the only reason I give 4 star is because I am not happy with the results of my accident. But I know it's not her fault. It is the representative who represented my case.
