  Customer Service sucked. In a line about 5 deep. Had 2 errands to run, buy packing supplies and ship a return. Worker wanted to go thru the line as quickly as possible, which I appreciate. What I didn't appreciate is once I told him I needed to wait and didn't want to use self service, that should have been it. He took time in-between 2 customers to question me about 3x on what I wanted to do, instead of focusing on the people in front of him and just helping when it was my turn. He seemed annoyed he had to help me and it really made me nervous. Especially when I noticed he had time to chat up other people and be nice and ask about their days and future trips to Italy as he tried to suddenly not work as hard when I walked into the line. So unnecessary. Glad I can use UPS and USPS and this return was just a fluke. After he helps me, he just hands me the receipts and I'm the one saying thank you and I'll leave the package there and he just nods like I'm dumb and doesn't say thanks or anything. He also was annoyed by a guy with a giant box and made him hoist this thing up above the drop off shelf instead of just accepting over the short counter. Good service for some and not others who are just randomly standing in line is odd. Is it bias? Hope not...

  I had some outstanding experiences at the FedEx on The Alameda in San Jose. For example, today while printing, Cynthia noticed that the image I submitted was pixelated. Instead of printing it as-is, she called me, explained the issue, and walked me through how to download a higher-quality version from Canva and email it directly to the store. Because of her help, my prints looked great. I honestly don’t expect that level of personal attention and care from a large chain store. Thank you!
