  Fishy stuff going on at this FedEx. I highly recommend you do not use this FedEx location especially if you plan on holding your packages here to pick up. “Calvin” or either “Nicholas” - we’re not sure because he gave us 2 names over the phone, refuses to release packages despite what FedEx policy is and now he’s costing us tens of thousands of dollars. We sent our employee to pick the package up as we don’t live anywhere in or near the area and we have a conference our employees are working there. We provided a written authorization form allowing the packages to be picked up by our employee as well as verbal authorization over the phone. Our employee brought the appropriate I.D. and tracking numbers. We also told “Calvin” we have the QR code allowing someone else that’s not us to pick the package up but he refused to allow that and actually very rudely interrupted us on the phone saying he’s not even going to scan it or do anything with it. We’ve run into this issue before at other locations as we do work all over the country and ship every weekend to FedEx’s in cities across the US. We’ve had managers who act entitled to OUR packages and refuse to get off their high horse and follow policy which is why we know the appropriate steps and documentation and policy required for our packages to be released and it’s always been solved by FedEx customer service contacting the store manager to release the packages should a manager be difficult. However, “Calvin” refused to listen to them and follow protocol and actively chose to go against company policy. This is the one and only time a manager’s never released our packages. It very much looks like “Calvin” is committing theft of people’s packages since he learned how much our products are worth and refuses to release them despite us providing all necessary documentation. Interesting how he learned how much our packages are worth and now refuses to release them. Matter-of-fact, at this very moment we have another employee in the exact same scenario picking up our packages that was held at a FedEx in San Diego and they were released with zero problem at all. Literally just received photo proof of the package pickup from my employee there as I write this. “Calvin” get off your high horse and maybe stop stealing people’s packages.
