I had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience at this FedEx location today (5/16/2026)
I entered the store at around 5:53 PM to print documents using the self-service printing station. I was able to upload my files and print only two pages, but another PDF could not be opened properly, and the system instructed me to ask for assistance.
At that point, two employees were both assisting one customer at the service counter, while no one helped me. I understand it was close to closing time, but I was already inside the store before closing and was simply asking for help with a technical issue caused by FedEx’s own self-service printing system.
From my perspective, it appeared that both employees were focused on the same customer while my request for assistance was ignored. Since no one was willing to help me with a simple printing issue, I felt dismissed and left without reasonable assistance.
One employee, whose name appeared to be Mariana or a similar name, spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner and told me they were closed. Instead of assisting me, explaining the situation professionally, or offering any reasonable solution, she told me I had to leave and threatened to call the police.
When I told her that I felt her service was very poor and asked whether I could take a photo of her name badge to report the incident properly, she refused to let me clearly document her badge and suddenly walked away. Because of this, I could not confirm her exact name. She then called another employee over, whose name appeared to be Erika.
Erika approached me wearing a mask, also told me to leave in a rude and aggressive manner, and also threatened to call the police. I took two photos of her during the interaction and uploaded them with this review to document what happened. Her tone, facial expression, and body language felt aggressive and intimidating while she was telling me to leave and threatening to call the police.
I find it completely unacceptable that two FedEx employees escalated a simple self-service printing issue into threats of calling the police. I was simply asking for assistance after entering the store before closing.
This was intimidating, disrespectful, and deeply unprofessional. I strongly hope FedEx reviews what happened and takes appropriate action regarding the employees involved.
P.S. I have also submitted a formal written complaint attached photos to FedEx Corporate Integrity and Compliance because I believe this incident involved serious employee misconduct, not just a normal customer service issue.
